Our performances are rooted in storytelling, shared experience, and the many ways we understand the world through movement. Providence creates work that reflects who we are, where we come from, and what we have experienced—while creating new grounds for dancers with diverse and broadened movement backgrounds. Through each performance, we invite audiences into an experience that is both deeply personal and collectively human.

Training
Providence is committed to cultivating dancers with a strong technical and artistic foundation. We believe meaningful training extends beyond what the body can do—it requires curiosity, discipline, self-awareness, confidence, and a willingness to grow. Through intentional training and exposure to a broad range of movement practices, dancers are challenged to expand beyond familiar techniques, develop versatility, and discover their own artistic voice. We believe the strongest artists are developed from the inside out.
